Very inspiring! For the last 5 years I have had the pleasure of being a stay at home dad of 4 fantastic children. Now with my youngest starting school, I am ready to get back into real estate. I have been licensed in NC for 8 years, and just now completed all required c.e. courses to re-activate my license. Any suggestions as to ways to market myself with as little money as possible? Do you contact FSBO property owners? Any info would be great.
