The Agency’s 2014 Year In Review Report presents a comprehensive view of Los Angeles’ prime residential markets, revealing a banner year for both the ultra-luxury SFH sector and high-rise luxury condominiums. Single-family residences valued greater than $20M saw the greatest gains in 2014, with The Agency capturing the largest share of these sales in LA County. Showing continuing signs of growth are condominiums, which recorded their highest values in the past decade, reflecting Angelenos’ increasing desire for vertical, urban living.

In addition to the continued push for innovative branding, marketing, and PR, The Agency  achieved outstanding monetary milestones in 2014.  Producing $2 Billion in total transactions virtually doubled the size of our business, while CEO and Co-founder Mauricio Umansky claimed the #1 spot for deals over $10M. Numbers and figures aside, The Agency has added two new offices—Brentwood and the Beach Cities—as well as seamlessly merging with a full-service marketing and design firm to form Wicked + The Agency, an in-house creative agency servicing luxury and lifestyle brands.
