The Agency is excited to announce that Roger Dibble, an expert on the Palm Springs and Coachella Valley lifestyle and luxury market, is joining our growing team. With more than 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, Roger brings a wealth of knowledge on the laid-back golf and resort lifestyle enjoyed in Palm Springs, where The Agency is quickly expanding its reach.

“The Palm Springs lifestyle is a major complement to the Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego markets while being just a staycation drive away,” Roger explains. “You can be close enough to the city, but also completely removed enjoying golf, tennis, hiking, good food, clean air, no traffic and unbelievable weather. It has become a major international destination attracting some of the world’s most affluent travelers and home buyers.”

Roger is currently based out of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Rancho Mirage, where The Agency leads sales and marketing efforts for its exclusive collection of luxury residences.

“Palm Springs and the greater Coachella Valley is a great market for The Agency,” says Peter Sobrero, Managing Director of Resort Development. “The growth of the luxury market here has been astounding, and Roger, who has lived the lifestyle for 40 years, is the ideal choice to help lead The Agency’s expansion here.”

Roger adds, “The Agency really is a breath of fresh air in this market. The collaborative team culture they’ve created and what they’ve accomplished in four short years speaks volumes for the way they market and sell real estate. I’m thrilled to be a part of The Agency’s flag planting in Palm Springs.”

Roger has called the area home since 1974, when he gave up the snowy lifestyle of northern Minnesota. He played professional golf on the PGA’s Tour before beginning his career in real estate in 2002. Roger specializes in real estate finance with a background in niche condo-hotel ownership, commercial real estate and lending. When not selling real estate, Roger is out enjoying the Coachella lifestyle, from Palm Springs to Indio, and spending time with his daughter, Taylor.
