The Agency is pleased to announce a collaboration with the French-American Chamber of Commerce (FACC Los Angeles). Spearheaded by The Agency’s Jean-Baptiste Rugiero, in partnership with Laurent Bijaoui and Samuel Vaden, the collaboration was natural; as both organizations are working to promote the growth of development and business in Southern California as well as between France and the United States.

“There is a sizable trend of the prosperous exiting Paris right now,” said Jean-Baptiste. “The instability has compelled many French nationals to move back to Israel, Miami, New York and L.A. I began my affiliation with the French-American Chamber of Commerce years ago to ease the transition and provide any information I can regarding the ways of expatriation: attorneys, bankers, financial planners, etc.”

Blog_French-American-2Jean-Baptiste moved to Los Angeles more than 14 years ago from his native France. During the past decade, Jean-Baptiste has cultivated relationships and has supported his fellow French nationals in any way possible.

“It is my honor to share my expertise and experience with my fellow Frenchmen who are choosing to call Southern California their new home,” said Jean-Baptise. “As a realtor, broker and developer in Europe, I am intimately familiar with the many facets of both European and American real estate and can offer a well-informed and unique perspective to those who are less familiar with either system.”

Also committed to the goals of FACC Los Angeles and positioning the organization at the forefront of the community are Jean-Baptise’s partners on this collaboration, Laurent and Samuel. Laurent hails from France and has lived and worked in the Los Angeles beach cities of Santa Monica, Venice and Marina Del Rey for more than 15 years. He’s committed to offering exceptional client service and is an experienced Realtor. Samuel is a bi-coastal real estate professional with French Canadian ties and has more than six years of experience, focusing on both residential and commercial real estate.

The French-American Chamber of Commerce is a bi-national non-profit association devoted to the development and improvement of economic, commercial and financial relationships between the U.S. and France. The 21-chapter FACC national network includes offices in all major metropolitan U.S. cities, as well as 4,000 members across a broad range of fields.


The collaboration between The Agency and The FACC Los Angeles is exhibited through the upcoming partnership with the L.A. Clippers for the French Heritage Night at the Staples Center.
