Mike comes to The Agency from ST Residential, where he served as Senior Vice President, National Marketing Director. In that role, Mike created the national brand strategy for ST, as well as launching nearly 50 multi-family properties nationally (a $3+ billion portfolio). This included all aspects of creative marketing and sales, from brochures to website to digital strategy. Mike planned, purchased, and measured a yearly media budget of $10 million.

Mike’s addition to The Agency as President of ID, Managing Partner of New Development, allows the company to maximize opportunities globally, while making sure that The Agency executes at the highest level and delivers the message of value and luxury to which it strives. He is an integral part of the team approach that The Agency brings to each listing. In addition to overseeing all aspects of the creative marketing team, Mike prides himself on exemplary customer service and achieving efficiency in everything he does – something integral to getting results in the fast-paced luxury real estate market. He is also an expert in brand management and luxury event marketing, employing a range of creative advertising solutions to meet the needs of high-end buyers and sellers.

Further, Mike is a leader of The Agency’s global New Developments Division. Mike’s background includes converting nine luxury condo towers to rental. He understands first-hand the lack of industry partners to offer a high-end leasing, sales, and marketing experience. With an in-house creative team at his disposal – and the finest real estate agents in the business – Mike is in a unique position to guide prospective developers of luxury properties through the entire development process, allowing for a “one stop shop” that caters to their every need. He has years of experience coordinating strategic partnerships with the top construction, advertising, public relations, and interior design firms in the business.

On the personal side, Mike is happily married to his wife of almost 10 years, Jennifer. They have two wonderful children, Hank and Ellie, with whom Mike spends all of his time when not at work for The Agency.
