($18,350,000). Among Santiago’s record-breaking sales are 9945 Beverly Grove ($23.8 million, the highest price-per-square-foot sale ever in Beverly Hills Post Office at $2,262 per foot); 14300 W. Sunset Blvd. ($20 million, the highest-priced sale ever for a single-family home on Sunset Blvd. west of the 405); 609 E. Channel Road ($23 million, Santa Monica’s highest priced sale on record) and 30460 Morning View Drive ($23 million, Malibu Park’s highest-priced sale ever).
Originally from Sucre, Bolivia, Santiago’s international background has helped build him a strong network of contacts from every corner of the globe.
