Ann Dashiell began her career as an Agent in 1992 with a record setting sale in the Memorial Villages, an exclusive area in Houston comparable to Beverly Hills. Within two years, Dashiell was the Top Producer of the premier “silk stocking” brokerage firm in Houston. The next year the Houston Business Journal originated their annual list of the city’s “Top 25 Real Estate Agents" & Ann placed #18 out of Houston’s 25,000 agents. In her 5th year of real estate, she was ranked #5; achieving this level of success within such a short period of time was unprecedented in Houston’s real estate brokerage.

In 2002, Ann launched Ann Dashiell Properties with four agents, 22 listings and many loyal clients. This small, boutique firm offered her clients personalized service tailored to meet their needs and budget. The first year, Ann closed one of the largest home sales in the city and placed No. 15 in the Houston Business Journal’s list of the city’s Top 25 Agents.

Ann closed her successful firm in 2011 and moved to California to live closer to family. When she moved, Dashiell had closed over 625 transactions with sales totaling over $360 million, earned countless awards and set many records. After her move, she was chosen as the 2011 and 2012 recipient of Texas Monthly Magazine’s Five Star Award. Ann’s in-depth knowledge and passion for real estate coupled with effective negotiating, people skills and endless patience consistently delivered successful results for her clients, earned her numerous awards in Texas. Ann Dashiell had built a strong following, earned the respect of her clients and peers and achieved success far above what she ever thought possible.
