With a true passion for real estate and a commitment to generating measurable results for his clients, Boaz brings a combined 20 years of marketing and real estate development experience to The Agency.

Boaz began investing in real estate in 2011, buying an old warehouse in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and converting it into a multi-million-dollar boutique condominium building. Since then, he has been involved in several successful projects in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Houston’s luxury markets.

Prior to his foray into real estate, Boaz climbed up the chain of command in New York’s demanding retail market; first as a buyer, then a general manager, and eventually a partner at a successful retailer, which, under his leadership, doubled in size and revenue.



A native of Israel, Boaz joined the Israeli Defense Force at the age of 18 and served three years as the commander of an elite combat unit specializing in surveillance and intelligence, leading a team on sensitive missions that left no room for error. The experience was instrumental in enhancing his innate ability to think creatively while teaching him the true meaning of teamwork and accountability.



This, in addition to his extensive sales and marketing experience, has proven invaluable in real estate. Under the guidance of The Agency’s founder and CEO, Mauricio Umansky, Boaz works hands-on as both a buyer’s and seller’s agent and has quickly established a reputation for being a skilled negotiator with the ability to think outside of the box to create exceptional opportunities for his clients.



Boaz lives in Venice with his wife and their two daughters. When he’s not working on behalf of his clients, he enjoys traveling, surfing, motorcycles, and most of all, spending time with his family.
