Heather Sinclair

A seasoned real estate agent with more than two decades of experience and over $1 billion in sales, Heather Sinclair’s talent for relationship-building has earned her a broad network of referral business. As Managing Partner of The Agency Aspen, Heather’s drive, efficiency and expertise have proven to be invaluable assets to her colleagues and clients.

A graduate of Wharton Business School, Heather is a polished, top-producing listing and buyer’s agent and has been named to the Top 10% of the MLS. Heather’s success has garnered national and international press—she has been featured and quoted in several top publications, including Robb Report, Mansion Global, Dwell as well as trusted real estate website Realtor.com.

Heather also specializes in new development, construction, design and marketing. She recently spearheaded an innovative partnership with Aspen-based home builder Peak3, expertly marketing and selling several of their boutique luxury mountain estates. Her regions of knowledge in Colorado include Aspen, Snowmass, Basalt and Carbondale, but also extend beyond the U.S.

Prior to working in real estate, Heather was in hospitality management at the Michelin Five Star Hotel, The Little Nell, and advanced sales for many notable real estate developments in the area, including Dancing Bear Aspen, one of the most successful projects in Aspen.

An active athlete and a former world champion equestrian, Heather enjoys horseback riding in her spare time in addition to skiing and traveling with her 13-year-old twins.
