Born and raised in the city of Boston; Jacqueline Fonseca brings a wealth of city knowledge, and a local perspective to The Agency team. She spent her first two years wholesaling property to investors, and the next three years as a licensed real estate agent, selling and leasing property all over Massachusetts. Specializing in luxury rentals for Boston’s most elite clientele, Jacqui is a firm believer of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism with a commitment to excellence. Bi-lingual in Cape Verdean Creole, Jacqui went to school in South Boston, studied criminal law at Bay State College, and has worked in customer service in the city for over 15 years!

She brings a valuable understanding of the city from many perspectives - businesses, schools, hospitals, transit systems and the people. This understanding – coupled with her passion to provide a place called “Home”- has fueled her success in real estate.
Prior to her success in luxury real estate, Jacqueline has a deep familiarity working in the affordable housing sector in the Boston area. She began her career connecting homeowners with local grants and programs, including Mass Save and working with non-profit organizations to help the elderly and disabled community overcome their housing challenges. These past experiences have helped her become more proficient in solving real estate issues, for both owners and their renters. Being an active member in the community that she grew up in, Jacqui has gained lifelong relationships and expanded her network from working with The City of Boston and organizations like Boston Medical Center, Horizon for Homeless Children and The Home for Little Wanderers.
When Jacqueline is not practicing real estate, she loves to participate in outdoor activities with her daughter; including sports, hiking, biking, and swimming. Independently, she enjoys creative writing, modeling and shooting photography. When you get to know Jacqui, she is truly Boston Strong.
