A Southern California native, she specializes in the South Bay neighborhoods of Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Torrance, bringing more than 12 years of real estate experience to The Agency.
From families with small children searching for their first home to empty nesters looking to downsize, Josephine has a knack for finding the right house for the right buyer. Offering an equal grasp of all of Southern California, from L.A. County to the O.C., Josephine’s experience in home staging and renovations, paired with her extensive network of architects, designers and landscape artists, has proven invaluable to her clients. Josephine earned her real estate license in 2005, representing herself and her family with their personal real estate transactions before joining Century 21 Realty and later Call Realty, a boutique agency in Palos Verdes Estates. Prior to real estate, Josephine spent 20 years in the private sector working as a controller for middle market private companies including Estée Lauder, Stila Cosmetics, Vizio, Aspen Education Group and Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Her background in finance and accounting makes her well-equipped to see deals from inception to completion.
A fluent Spanish speaker, Josephine is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, with a B.S. degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law. When she’s not sitting an open house or searching for the perfect property for a client, Josephine enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, playing tennis, cooking and gardening. She has been married to her husband, Stephen, for 20 years and they have three children, along with two dogs, a Weimaraner and a Boxer-mix rescue. A philanthropist at heart, Josephine has held several positions on the PTA board of Palos Verdes Estates’ public elementary and middle schools, including President.
