Prior to joining the real estate industry, Josh began his sales and marketing career 15 years ago in San Francisco, in the Dot Com arena. He quickly established himself as an asset to both small and large companies, developing and managing sales/marketing processes for both internal and external sales teams.

Josh’s first venture, Zip2 Corporation (Elon Musk/1997) focused primarily on utilizing local newspapers as a vehicle to direct online traffic to local businesses (nationwide). On-line advertising was in its infancy and media ventures such as Knight Ridder Communications helped blaze the trail by partnering with Zip2 to create new channels through which small business owners could discover new business opportunities.

Following Zip2, Josh joined Oracle Corporation’s Dot Com Database team. Eventually, Josh’s entrepreneurial spirit drew him back into the start-up arena, where he joined Versata Inc. (App. Dev. Software). There, Josh lead the inside sales organization for North America.

After several years in high tech, Josh decided to seek out new business opportunities. His always present and ever-growing passion for architecture and design lead him to Los Angeles and, in turn, into the real estate industry. For the last eleven years, Josh has brought his sales/marketing experience and internet savvy to the business of buying and selling homes. Leveraging the internet and on-line social networking is essential in today’s evolving housing market.

Josh also goes where his clients need him to go. There are a vast number of micro-markets throughout Los Angeles. Knowing how to define value in each of them, is integral to Josh's ability to help his client’s transition from one area to another.

Since Josh’s foray into real estate, he has been a member of both Jade Mill's team at Coldwell Banker and Prudential’s Architectural Division. Respectively, these experiences introduced myriad challenges. "Every experience informs and broadens the next."

Josh has been with The Agency since its inception. He is the Director of the Residential Division.

Josh received a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medical Bio-Resource Science with a minor in Human Behavior from U.C. Berkeley.
