Katherine brings more than 20 years of global real estate experience, an international client base and an incredible network of contacts to The Agency Turks & Caicos team. Having lived and worked in various markets worldwide, from the Caribbean to Florida, Toronto to London and Greece, Katherine offers a strong financial background, vast knowledge of real estate economics, stellar negotiating techniques and a worldly inspired perspective. She prides herself on offering her clients the utmost professionalism, honesty, integrity and concierge-level service.
Working with the most discerning Turks & Caicos clientele, Katherine specializes in luxury vacation homes and properties, new developments, as well as the niche private island marketplace. Since 2015, she has been featured on multiple international property and vacation shows, including the Grammy Award-winning travel series “Private Islands” and "Luxury Travel Show : Season 1, Episodes Parrot Cay and Turks & Caicos," featured on Netflix.
Noting every client’s needs are different, Katherine says she loves nothing more than matching a client with the perfect property. She advocates for her clients’ best interests, navigating their needs and wants through the entire sales cycle. She is invigorated by the excitement of the daily deal-making process and the complexities of each and every transaction. Having worked in real estate her entire adult life, Katherine has owned her own brokerage as the youngest Christie’s Great Estates Broker/Owners and served as the first Christie’s International Real Estate Brand Ambassador. She holds her real estate license in Turks & Caicos and Ontario, Canada.
Katherine grew up mainly in Rome and Toronto, where she attended Seneca College/York University, studying Business Administration, later furthering her business studies at Hunter College on a golf scholarship and at London School of Economics, specializing in Real Estate Economics. Among her charitable endeavors, Katherine was a founding member of the “Ladies’ Hat Luncheons” in Turks & Caicos, which raised more than $350,000 to finance the expansion of a local school. She also donates annually via The Rally for Sick Kids at Children’s Hospital in Toronto. When not showing real estate, Katherine enjoys sports, travel, golf, hiking and skiing, saying “the higher the mountain the better.”
