Kumar Patel
VP of Franchise Operations, EastKumar Patel currently serves as the VP of Operations East with The Agency, curating an exceptional onboarding experience for new franchisees and delivering ongoing consultation to existing members. His passion for helping others has spanned his vast career in the world of real estate.
Kumar’s background in real estate franchising began in 2002 with Cendant Corporation, a company now known as Realogy. He managed vendor alliance programs, led service initiatives, ran operations, and oversaw international sales and development during his tenure there.
He went on to become an independent franchise consultant, representing fitness, elder care, and real estate concepts. Most recently, he served as VP/Branch Leader for a large regional real estate brokerage, managing a 70+ agent office and growing ancillary business.
In his free time, Kumar enjoys spending time with his wife and all things outdoors, including hiking, skiing, golf, and tennis.
