Mauricio Umansky

As a leader of The Agency, Mauricio and his team are responsible for representing buyers and sellers internationally with some of the most important world class architectural estates. He prides himself on his ability to consummate and facilitate transactions, with both extraordinary customer service and by counting on his 15 years of experience and creative thinking.

Mauricio has thousands of business and personal contacts with whom he does business. He travels throughout the world on a consistent basis making new contacts and securing existing relationships. These contacts ensure the most exposure is provided for every listing at The Agency. He sits on the Board of Prestige MLS, a Business Club exclusively dedicated to Estate agencies specializing in marketing luxury properties internationally. As a board member of Prestige MLS, he represents all of the United States.

He is also a member of The Young Presidents Organization (YPO), a highly influential and world-renowned business networking organization connecting leaders and CEO’s of major companies.

Mauricio is often sought out as the Real Estate expert on numerous topics — whether as a speaker on the panel of a large workshop such as the Inman Real Estate Conference, or being interviewed by The Wall Street Journal, LA Times, or Forbes Magazine (among others). In his personal life, he participates in philanthropic work involving the National Breast Cancer Association and HOLA foundations.
