Max Mervis

Although Max briefly considered a career in televised journalism, he chose to follow his passion and obtain his Real Estate license. It was one of the best decisions he could have ever made and one of which he has never regretted. Since that time he has amassed 18 years extensive knowledge of the resale market, and more than 12 years of on-site new home sales experience. He has represented major developers, banks and receivers in new home sales exceeding over $600 million in volume in both Dallas and Los Angeles. Recent projects in Los Angeles include Manhattan View, Ambrose Villas, 1100 Wilshire, Metropole Hollywood and Expo West LA. Max most recently conducted sales at the iconic Ritz Carlton Residences at LA Live.

Although Max does enjoy travel, real estate is not only Max's career, but his passion. For some people Real Estate is just a job. For Max, it is a driving force, passion and a natural process.
