Meredith Colburn

With 30 years of extensive experience, Meredith is consistently recognized as a top producing Realtor individually as well as the leader of the top producing team at The Agency - Birmingham. As an area expert with a wide network of consultants, Meredith has a keen understanding of how to precisely navigate every transaction, guide each real estate decision, and effectively problem solve for time pressed clients. Her philosophy embraces the principles of client service excellence reaching beyond the sale or purchase of homes for the benefit of her clientele. Meredith believes that every client deserves to have a luxury experience, no matter the price of the purchase or sale. As a result, she promotes a culture that prioritizes relationships, integrity and an unfaltering commitment to each individual clients’ desired outcome.

As leader of the Meredith Colburn Real Estate team, she has surrounded herself with an incredible group of dedicated and accomplished professionals - including her mother, Nanci Rands who remains a force in the residential arena with nearly 50 years of experience. The team also includes Realtors Jessica Weisman, Adriane Dundon, Caroline Johnson, Brooke Goodstein (Director of Operations) and Meredith’s daughter, Lauren Colburn.

A native of southeast Michigan, Meredith attended Cranbrook Kingswood in Bloomfield Hills and then graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Psychology and Sociology. In addition to running her day-to-day business, Meredith relishes time with her husband, children, friends and her three, adorable poodles.
