Arizona

Wendy Walker was featured by Mansion Global in an article covering the current real estate market. Wendy spoke to the market climate in Scottsdale, Arizona, which saw a major bubble burst in the late aughts, after a few years of rapid development and speculative buying. “Back then, we had a lot of product but didn’t have the population growth to sustain it,” Wendy told Mansion Global. “Now, we have high population growth where people want to come to live here, retire, and relocate. Supply over $1 million is down 52%.”

Aspen & Park City

Lisa Hatem, Sean Railton, and Mauricio Umansky were featured in Dirt.com’s article on “Five Blissful Mountaintop Escapes You Can Snag for $2 Million and Up.” “I think more people are choosing to move to the mountains, because at this time, we are all seeking a place where we (and especially for our children) can feel safe, free and normal again—a place where there is less stress and anxiety; a place to breathe again and enjoy life safely in mask-free zones,” Lisa told Dirt. Sean and Maurico’s listing at 143 White Pine Canyon Road in Park City was also highlighted in the feature.


British Columbia

Always taking an active role in her community, Nurit Coombe has been named to the American Red Cross Board of Directors. “I am honored to support and be a part of the American Red Cross. Greater Los Angeles

Jennifer Klimas is making a housing impact by helping build homes in Nicaragua. On her recent trip, she visited an area called Tolo, which was hit by two hurricanes last year. 330 families lost their homes in Tolo due to the destructive flooding caused by the hurricanes. With donations and the help of the Santana Surf team and employees of the Rancho Santana development, these homes are being replaced. Also in conjunction with the Santana Surf Team, Jennifer brought clothing donations and delivered items such as sandals and t-shirts to over 50 families in need, and organized a food drive that served over 190 families. Additionally, they helped teach local Nicaraguan girls to surf.


Orange County

Janet Jensen, Lew Gallo, Gaby Digiuseppe, and Jonathan Ruiz sold a $20M+ San Jose del Cabo listing, Casa Bahia Rocas, neighboring the famed One&Only Palmilla.
