British Columbia

Ryan Cochrane and Jason Binab’s listing at 629 Senanus Drive in Victoria was featured in the Toronto Star. Baja Sur

Joanne Berkowitz and Alejandro Mitre’s gorgeous listing made The New York Times headlines in a feature “House Hunting in Mexico: A 19th-Century Courthouse Turned Hacienda,” which tells the story of this unique property in La Paz. “It has been a Chinese imports retail shop, a courthouse, an art gallery and, for several decades after the court moved to a modern government building, a forgotten relic. Jessica Soo has been working with women all over Los Angeles and Orange County organizing clothing swaps, encouraging women to purge their closets and edit items they don’t wear anymore. Over champagne and brunch, they go through the items and swap clothes. Everything leftover is donated to women’s shelters in Los Angeles and Orange County. It’s a fun and engaging way to do some spring cleaning, shop your friends’ closets, and donate clothes.
