MAURICIO UMANSKY - In the Mansion Global story, “With Major U.S. Luxury Markets on the Upswing, the Window to Find Pandemic Discounts Is Closing,” they shared that after a year of softening or stagnating prices, luxury buyers are turning their attention back to cities. Alongside many prominent leaders in the industry, Mauricio shared his insight as to what the future of real estate holds: “I predict that over the next three or four months, you’re going to see developers and sellers reduce their pricing more, maybe another 2% or 3%, then we’ll find the bottom and start seeing the uptick.” Read the full story here.
