The Agency continued to make major national headlines in February with The New York Times, Mansion Global, The Los Angeles Times, Inman, Dwell, and many more featuring our gorgeous listings and expert agents. From Santiago Arana’s $50 million listing, to the sale of Shaq’s Bell Canyon home, our agents kept things exciting.

MAURICIO UMANSKY – In the Mansion Global story, “With Major U.S. Luxury Markets on the Upswing, the Window to Find Pandemic Discounts Is Closing,” they shared that after a year of softening or stagnating prices, luxury buyers are turning their attention back to cities. Alongside many prominent leaders in the industry, Mauricio shared his insight as to what the future of real estate holds: “I predict that over the next three or four months, you’re going to see developers and sellers reduce their pricing more, maybe another 2% or 3%, then we’ll find the bottom and start seeing the uptick.” Read the full story here.
