The Agency is thrilled to announce and welcome three new Vice Presidents in franchise sales and operations; Stacey Tilford, Judy Parsons and Kumar Patel join the company with an abundance of real estate and franchise experience from coast to coast and beyond. The additions couldn’t come at a better time amidst impressive expansion. The Agency opened 12 new offices in 2021, including eight franchise offices.

Stacey Tilford joins the team as Vice President of Franchise Operations West, working with managing partners in the western half of the US, western Canada, and Mexico. Her wide-ranging real estate experience spans twenty years, encompassing mortgage, advertising, sales, training, and technology.
Judy Parsons, The Agency’s Vice President of Franchise Sales, East, brings 17 years of real estate experience, tremendous industry knowledge and wide-ranging franchise expertise, lending a fresh perspective to the company’s growing offices in the Eastern US, Canada and the Caribbean. Judy’s 13 years in real estate franchise sales has spanned roles with powerhouse brands, including Realogy, Century 21, ERA, Better Homes & Gardens, Weichert and Berkshire Hathaway.
Kumar Patel joins as the Vice President of Franchise Operations East, curating an exceptional onboarding experience for new franchisees and delivering ongoing consultation to existing members. His passion for helping others has spanned his vast career in the world of real estate. Most recently, Kumar served as VP/Branch Leader for a large regional real estate brokerage, managing a 70+ agent office and growing ancillary business.
