Members of The Agency team are going over the edge—literally—to help in the fight against homelessness. Twenty-three of our agents and staff are participating in the Union Rescue Mission’s “Take the Leap” fundraising event on Saturday, October 2, during which they rappel 24 stories from the roof of the Hilton Los Angeles in Universal City. The Agency is partnering with Union Rescue Mission for their annual event supporting those devastated by homelessness in Los Angeles. Los Cabos
The Agency Los Cabos team recently celebrated Mexican Independence Day by taking to the waters off Cabo San Lucas with @blueskycabo. They celebrated against a backdrop of the famous “El Arco” rock formation, known as Land’s End, where the waters of the Sea of Cortez meet the Pacific Ocean. Orange County
Cara Farley recently closed the sale of 8 Sunset Cove on the Newport Coast for $2,885,000, achieving a price over $1.4M more than she helped her clients buy it for originally. When not out touring real estate with her clients, Cara is the head chair for the Emilio Nares Foundation, a local charity helping underprivileged children battling cancer. The Agency Alamo’s Michelle Torretta is putting her impressive background in linguistics and intelligence to work in serving her clients from around the world. Already fluent in Russian and conversational in French and German, she has been studying Spanish with a tutor, planning to pass the fluency exam. She has been studying hard and practicing with her Spanish-speaking colleagues, friends and clients. Prior to her career in real estate, Michelle was a Russian Cryptologic Linguist for the National Security Agency.
Ontario
The Agency’s Ontario team has proudly launched their nonprofit organization, The Agency Gives Toronto, supporting The SickKids Foundation. Led by Peter Torkan, Paige Torkan and Hooman Aliary, the partnership will help support children fighting for their health and wellbeing at The SickKids Toronto Hospital.
