On Friday, February 16th, The Agency South Florida rallied volunteers for our very first Giveback Homes Build Day of 2024 in Miami.
This Build Day also marks The Agency’s 32nd since partnering with Giveback Homes in 2015.
The team’s mission—to refurbish a Habitat for Humanity home in Miami’s Liberty City area for its new occupants—was a resounding success. The soon-to-be homeowners, an inspiring local couple with deep connections to the neighborhood, were also onsite to help add the finishing touches to the residence.
“The Agency Florida’s Miami office was honored and excited to help Habitat for Humanity prepare this home for its new family,” said Howard Elfman, Managing Partner and Broker for The Agency South Florida. “We are very proud to give back to the community and this was a great way to support such an amazing organization.”
The day’s volunteer team included Howard Elfman, Ted Kohn, Erica Krasne, Megan Leib, Steve McAleer, Mikhail Mudrik, Mireya Rodriguez, Paulina Sneider, Daniel Tzinker and Nancy Wesley.
