The much-anticipated results are in. The Thousand 2020 REAL Trends Inc. rankings feature The Agency’s own among the top 1,000 real estate professionals and teams in the nation.
The Agency’s Managing Partner Santiago Arana ranked Number 8 in the nation and Number 4 in California with a total sales volume of more than $248 million. This marks Santiago’s tenth consecutive year among the top 250 individuals by sales volume. Rising substantially over last year, The Agency Malibu Managing Partner Sandro Dazzan climbed 41 spots to rank Number 19 in the country and Number 9 in California with more than $176 million in sales. Coming in at Number 20 is Director of Luxury Estates Tracy McLaughlin, who climbed 43 spots from 2019, with $176 million in sales.
The Umansky Team, featuring The Agency Founder and CEO Mauricio Umansky, Farrah Brittany and Eduardo Umansky ranked the Number 3 team (small team 2-5 agents) in the nation by sales volume, with more than $553 million in sales. David Parnes, James Harris and their team ranked Number 4 with a sales volume of more than $392 million. Jon Grauman and his team ranked Number 14 with a sales volume of more than $227 million.
Also topping this year’s list is Craig Knizek at Number 39 (up from 230 last year), Michelle Schwartz at Number 184, Irene Dazzan-Palmer at Number 222 and Emil Hartoonian at Number 235.
Now in its 15th year, The Thousand recognizes those who collectively place in the top one-half of one percent of more than 1.25 million licensed real estate professionals in the nation. In partnership with The Wall Street Journal, The Thousand is widely considered the most prestigious ranking in real estate.
