A timely arrival. The Agency is proud to announce its first office in the D.C. Metropolitan area, which is now the 35th office in our global collection. The top RE/MAX team in the area has transitioned to become The Agency D.C. Metro, led by Nurit Coombe and Alex Martinez. The team of more than 30 top-producing agents will continue to serve their clients with buying, selling, and leasing across the nation’s capital.
Last year, they sold more than 500 homes, accounting for more than $220 million in volume and are expected to close more than $300 million this year. They are also regarded as the number one RE/MAX team in Maryland, the Washington, D.C. Metro area and the number six RE/MAX team in the country.

Nurit has been working in the real estate industry in Maryland since 2001. During that time, she has won countless awards while serving as the co-owner of the top RE/MAX office, and her own team was ranked the number one real estate team (among all brokerages) in Montgomery County and North Bethesda.

Born in Israel, Nurit was a former soldier in the Israeli Army and has held various positions throughout her career, which fostered her ability to think outside of the box in all facets of the job including marketing innovation, leadership style, and troubleshooting. She has a solid reputation for being a dynamic and revered leader amongst her colleagues, and an agent who offers precise market knowledge, and technological expertise while bringing boundless energy and tactical negotiation skills to each transaction.
Alex has been a valued member of the Maryland real estate industry for more than 18 years and brings to The Agency a business philosophy that is rooted in delivering first-class leadership to his team, as well as a personalized and knowledgeable service to his clients. He has deep connections with industry leaders in all facets of the business including finance and insurance, uniquely positioning him to guide clients expertly through the many steps of a transaction.
