- Kia, Property manager: She is fluent in both english and spanish and is there to help you settle in,get you orientated and answer any questions you may have to make sure your stay is an unforgettable experience.
- Miguel, Property maintenance: He is there to make sure the grounds are maintained in a park like appearance and the pool is kept in perfect order. He will also act as chauffeur if you need rides to town or the airport.
- Monserrat, Maid: she will make sure the villa is kept in impeccable appearance.
- Macrina, Cook: she will prepare all your meals perfectly for you.
Puerto Escondido is a very safe neighborhood. Casa del Mar is located in a gated community with a guard on the gate 24 hours a day. There are also a minimum of 2 security guards patrolling the property 24 hours per day.
