Sandy Knell brings over 30 years of experience in finance and operations management with multimillion-dollar organizations to The Agency in her role as Chief Accounting Officer. With expertise in building and leading companies to achieve improved profitability, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls, Sandy works closely with the company’s executive team to meet and exceed goals as the brokerage rapidly expands across the globe. Strategic, communicative and attentive, she is passionate about helping companies reach their potential and grow in a sustainable, responsible manner.
Prior to working at The Agency, Sandy was the Vice President of Finance for the national brokerage Compass. Her professional experience also encompasses being CFO for Physicians Medical Group and serving as the EVP, CFO and Chief Ethics Officer for The Coast Distribution System, Inc. Sandy received her Master’s of Business Administration and Finance from Golden Gate University and attended San Jose State University for her undergraduate degree in Business Administration.
