Aaron Erwin

Known for his approachability, compassion and exceptional work ethic, Aaron “Axl” Erwin is a steady guide for clients and an uplifting, energetic addition to The Bailey Team at The Agency in Kitchener. A longtime resident of Waterloo Region, Aaron’s areas of expertise include not only Cambrigde, Waterloo and Kitchener but the quieter outlying rural areas as well. Aaron’s relatability and keen awareness of regional and national market trends as well as cutting-edge investment strategies make him an invaluable resource for every client—from first-time home buyers to real estate investors.

Prior to real estate, Aaron pursued a role as a firefighter, then worked in hospitality, a high-pressure, fast-paced industry where Aaron honed his innate interpersonal skills and ability to anticipate and respond to client needs. “I have always been driven to help people—it’s a passion that led me to firefighting and it guides me in my work as an agent,” says Aaron. “Listening to clients—and I mean truly listening—is absolutely essential. While finding the perfect home is always a highlight, I really love getting to know my clients and challenging myself to meet and exceed their real estate goals.”

A natural collaborator who thrives in a team environment, Aaron is a long-time athlete, starting with baseball at age four. In his free time, Aaron can be found with his two children and playing competitive Super Series Baseball and Softball. Aaron also enjoys volunteering at local soup kitchens, distributing new blankets to the homeless in the winter and contributing to Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan's Purse.
