Alyssa Geiger

Intuitive, communicative and diligent, Alyssa Geiger brings the human touch to every transaction, making sure her clients feel seen and heard at every step of the real estate process. Working out of The Agency headquarters in Beverly Hills alongside Partner/Founder Jonathan Ruiz, she provides white-glove service to buyers, sellers and investors everywhere from Venice to the Valley. But her specialty? Helping first-time homebuyers navigate negotiations.

Alyssa possesses a unique understanding of LA's residential real estate market and an intimate knowledge of each neighborhood’s distinct energy, having lived all around the city for the past decade. Her discerning eye for design and first-hand renovation experience, on the other hand, help her source unique properties with unlocked potential for clients on the hunt. “Your home is an extension of your personality and your lifestyle; a sacred place where you can recharge,” she says. “There is nothing more fulfilling than helping people find their place of refuge.”

Originally from Colorado, Alyssa grew up in the world of real estate. Watching her mom, also an agent, organically grow her business through referrals and repeat clients, Alyssa realized the importance of building relationships through trust, loyalty and integrity. She attributes her time living in Paris to where she developed a deep appreciation for art and architecture.

Before joining The Agency, Alyssa came from a creative professional background working as an editor for Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle company Goop, where she covered style, home and travel, roaming to far corners of the globe to write about the best restaurants, hotels, brands and experiences. Similarly, Alyssa honed her skills in marketing and sales working in fashion with brands such as Joie, Equipment and Current/Elliott. After purchasing and reimagining her own 1920s Spanish home in the canyons, however, she knew she had found her calling in real estate.

Alyssa loves nothing more than uncovering hidden architectural gems and seeking out unique and historic properties for her clients, but she also knows the importance of balance. Outside of real estate, Alyssa is a diehard yogi and foodie and has made it her mission to find the best dirty martini in town. True to her Sagittarius roots, she loves a good adventure, whether it’s a hike around LA, a day on the slopes in Colorado, or a weekend escape to her home away from home in Santa Barbara with her husband and dog Bowie. She holds a B.A. in Communications from UCSB and an M.B.A. in Fashion and Luxury Management from the Paris School of Business.
