Alyssa Van Breene

Attorney turned real estate agent, Alyssa Van Breene understands how to strategically deliver value for clients. A graduate of USC and Loyola Law School, she practiced family law under one of the city’s most prestigious attorneys, honing her negotiation skills and advocating for clients through major decisions and life events. Alyssa also has experience with trusts and estates advising clients in their planning and guiding clients through the probate and trust administration processes.

Alyssa is a third generation Angeleno and no stranger to the city’s real estate market. She has first-hand experience with real estate transactions and comes from a long line of savvy real estate investors. Her great-grandmother, an immigrant and young widow, was the first in her family to invest in properties, buying and selling homes from Hollywood to Venice. Alyssa followed in her footsteps and has gained invaluable experience in buying, renovating, selling, conventional refinancing, cash-out refinancing, and 1031 exchanges.

Inspired by the city’s unique architectural history and diversity, Alyssa knows every neighborhood. She has lived in Ladera Heights, Manhattan Beach, Downtown, Brentwood, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Franklin Village, Echo Park and Eagle Rock, establishing a strong network of friends and professional contacts within each community. She loves the rewarding feeling of connecting people and consistently exceeding expectations by finding creative solutions to complex problems.

Alyssa is passionate about how diverse the Southern California lifestyle can be and how anyone can find their dream community in this urban oasis. She currently resides in the South Bay with her husband, Duffy, her children, Griffin and Rowan, her dog, Clyde, and cats, Pasta and Sauce.
