If true insight begins at home, then Ana M. Uribe is one of The Agency’s most knowledgeable condominium experts. From a condo overlooking the mountains of Medellin, Colombia, where she grew up, to the gorgeous shores of the Atlantic Ocean in Boca Raton, where she went to college and began her career, Ana’s first-hand knowledge of condominium living makes her an asset to buyers and sellers across South Florida.
Ana learned early on that when you treat people the way you want to be treated, you’ll always have a relationship built on respect, courtesy and trust. It is precisely this mindset that Ana brings to every transaction—a mindset that yields consistently impressive results. Over the course of her 10-year real estate career, Ana has specialized primarily in high-end, ocean-view condominiums in Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Delray Beach, Miami Beach, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale. She recently sold residences in some of the city’s most prestigious new towers, including ARMANI/Casa and Ritz Carlton Residences. She has successfully matched several celebrity clients with the South Florida property of their dreams—to date this includes entertainer Pharrell Williams, NFL player Jabaal Sheard, and several corporate members of the NHL’s Florida Panthers.
Ana’s passion for real estate doesn’t end at the transactional level; she also loves the renovation and remodeling process. To date, Ana has been intimately involved with the remodel and finishing of numerous multi-million-dollar residences, curating finishes, fixtures and lighting. Ana even went so far as to learn AutoCAD in order to fully plan and execute interiors at a professional level of excellence. By adding this facet to her real estate expertise, Ana was able to incorporate a lifelong love of architecture and luxury goods into her career.
Outside of real estate, Ana is passionate about family. She is extremely close to her parents and believes that love and respect are everything in life. Ana feels the same way about animals, and has been actively involved with the Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue organization for many years, helping to find foster homes for abused or abandoned dogs. She also enjoys spending her time traveling, a hobby she picked up during her school days in Colombia, during which she was a member of the regional and national swim teams. It afforded her not only the opportunity to visit every single major city in Colombia, but also such countries as Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Cuba, Mexico, and the United States. Since moving to the U.S, Ana’s travels have taken her throughout Europe, including Spain, London, France, Italy and Monaco, where she’s had the privilege of admiring a large variety of fascinating architecture. Adding to her architectural memory repository, Ana has also participated as an exhibitor at China’s Investment and Immigration Seminar in 2015, where she toured four major cities, including Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, and Beijing.
Ana earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2003 from Florida Atlantic University, where she majored in finance and minored in real estate. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and currently enrolled in French lessons.
