Andre Manoukian

A native Angeleno, Andre Manoukian was raised in a family of real estate professionals—at the age of 20 he began working in his family’s brokerage and soon built a roster of loyal clients. With more than a decade of experience in L.A.’s diverse real estate market, Andre is based out of The Agency's Calabasas office and specializes in residential properties throughout the San Fernando Valley, Hidden Hills and Calabasas neighborhoods.

“I am in my element in this industry. I understand the process—and hard work—that goes alongside each transaction,” says Andre. “I always strive to make buying and selling real estate a seamless experience for my clients.”

Whether he’s advising first-time buyers, discovering the perfect home for a client or marketing a property using a combination of proven traditional approaches and today’s most cutting-edge technologies, Andre brings an astute market awareness, unwavering professionalism and tenacious negotiation skills to every project. He also draws on the expertise of his family, which collectively boasts more than 50 years of experience in the local market as agents, brokers and developers. A natural collaborator, Andre frequently partners with his sister and fellow L.A. native, Kozet Luciano, who is also based in The Agency’s Calabasas office.

In his free time, Andre enjoys playing basketball, cheering on his favorite sports teams and spending time with his family.
