After living in San Jose, CA for my entire life [save a few years in Sacramento], I decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue my dreams of a musician full time. A friend of mine recommended talking to Andrew to sell my old home. He seemed young for a realtor, but I decided, hey, why not? I didn't know who to trust or look for and was already stressed enough logistically and emotionally. Andrew took care of everything. We didn't even speak directly about the house the first time we talked. He wanted to get to know me, the person, and how the process was going for me, and what my ideal process for relocation was. I had never had someone in his type of position actually CARE about what I wanted for the sake of just being a good person. That isn't to say Andrew isn't all business. As soon as we got acquainted, he assured me that he would work around the clock to sell my home. I've heard a lot of people commit in that way and either not follow through or not try their hardest, but Andrew broke through all of those stereotypes. I couldn't believe it - finding a buyer seemed impossible at the start, but Andrew had me choosing between MULTIPLE suitors in just a few weeks. I'm no expert in real estate, I have no idea how he did it, but my house was ready to be sold well before the deadline for my move. I'm now happily living in Los Angeles pursuing my artistic dreams and it wouldn't have been possible without Andrew. I can't recommend this man higher as an agent, and more importantly, a human being. Go with Andrew, you won't regret it.
