Andy brings more than 15 years of residential strategic sales and luxury real estate marketing experience to his role as Managing Director of The Agency Development Group. He is widely recognized in the industry for his leadership ability, market knowledge, and creative expertise, establishing long-lasting partnerships with real estate developers and producing proven sales and marketing strategies.
Prior to his role at The Agency, Andy served as Vice President of Sales at The Mark Company, and Vice President of Residential Sales and Marketing at The Howard Hughes Corporation, where he spearheaded the sales and marketing division of Ward Village, a 60-acre master- planned community in Honolulu. He previously held senior roles as Vice President of Sales for JMA Ventures LLC, Director of Sales for the Hacienda Beach Club in Cabo San Lucas, and Sales Manager for the $9 billion dollar MGM MIRAGE/Dubai World development, CityCenter, in Las Vegas.
Andy also played a key role in overseeing residential developments such as Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco, and Constellation Residences in Lake Tahoe, California. He began his career in real estate right out of college with several key sales and management roles with Four Seasons Resorts and Hotels and was the first person hired on their residential team.
Andy grew up in Toronto, Canada, and earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree in hospitality and tourism management at Ryerson University in Toronto. He has proven himself an industry expert with a reputation for devising sales strategies that maximize leads and drive absorption. Andy prides himself on his exceptional market knowledge, integrity, and commitment to driving momentum and generating measurable results.
An avid traveler, Andy credits his adventures around the world with giving him the courage and enthusiasm to take his professional endeavors to the next level. He married his college sweetheart and together they have a three-year- old daughter, Olivia. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and entertaining at his home in San Francisco.
