Informed by decades as a corporate marketing professional for highly visible companies like PepsiCo, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation, Ann brings a sophisticated sense of diplomacy and ability to navigate complex negotiations to her 18-year real estate career. Ann is based out of The Agency’s Laguna Beach office.

Though professionalism is a key feature of her relationship with clients, Ann is continually honored and humbled when she is welcomed into their lives during a moment as pivotal as buying or selling a home. A self-described “real estate advisor,” Ann often works with clients over many years, helping manage their portfolio of properties and providing expert guidance through all manner of market conditions, all while keeping their best interests top of mind.

A native of St. Louis, MO., Ann started her real estate career in Santa Monica and Venice prior to moving to Laguna Beach, where she can frequently be found paddling out into the surf, heading out for a run or hopping onto the local trolley to attend art shows around town. A devoted animal-lover, Ann is an active volunteer with the Pacific Marine Mammal Center. She has also traveled to Africa as an ambassador with nonprofit My Own Two Hands, which provides communities in need with access to fresh water, food and education.
