Arash Namayandeh

As a member of the Agency Toronto- North York, Arash Namayandeh is passionate about real estate and investment. When he is helping his clients buy or sell a property or finding unique opportunities, the result is always beautiful homes.

After finishing university with a degree in justice studies, he went on further to study marketing. With almost a decade of experience in real estate, Arash started his career in the fast and competitive world of Fix and Flip. Currently, Arash successfully utilizes the Buy-Repair-Rent-Refinance-Repeat strategy. 

Arash sees every real estate transaction as an investment for his clients, and strives to maximize the highest return possible for them. He is dedicated to always finding a solution. As a listing agent, he achieves this goal by helping his clients sell their homes at the highest price in a short period, and with minimal disruption to their daily lives.
