Ashley Camp

Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Ashley Camp brings the kind of nuanced understanding of the Los Angeles real estate market that only a true local can offer. Working from The Agency’s Sherman Oaks office, she represents clients everywhere from Ventura to Studio City, specializing in Calabasas, West Hills, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Oak Park, Thousand Oaks, Malibu, Woodland Hills and Sherman Oaks.

Purposeful and personable, Ashley delights in helping buyers find the perfect home for their lifestyle and negotiating on behalf of sellers so they get the best value for their investments. She puts people first, ensuring her clients feel comfortable and are set up for success while further deepening her ties to the community she loves. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor have earned her admiration from colleagues in addition to many lifelong friendships.

Ashley has been embedded in real estate almost her entire life. Her father, a broker and developer, used to take her around properties while growing up, teaching her about every nook and cranny of the Valley. Prior to earning her license, Ashely honed her unique perspective on design, architecture, and the potential for various spaces while working in real estate photography and as an agent’s assistant. She also gained invaluable experience in hospitality, mastering communication skills and time management.

When Ashely isn’t nurturing client relationships and finding new ways to provide them with top-tier service, she puts her Kinesiology and Zoology degrees from California State University, Northridge to good use. She regularly practices yoga, hikes, surfs, trains her two dogs and volunteers with the LA Zoo. A passionate animal advocate, she donates a portion of every sale to various shelters and organizations, including the Jane Goodall Institution.
