Austin Lemon

A native Angeleno, Austin Lemon is inherently predisposed to seeing real estate as a lifestyle. Immersed in the particularly prestigious properties of Santa Monica and the greater Westside, he brings passion, personality and an unparalleled grasp of the city’s real estate to The Agency.

Born and raised in Santa Monica, Austin’s love of the city is second to none. A Westsider through and through, his expert knowledge of L.A.’s premier neighborhoods, particularly those of Santa Monica’s North of Montana neighborhood and its prized Palisades Tract, where he grew up; as well as Pacific Palisades, from Rustic Canyon to the Alphabet Streets and The Highlands; and Brentwood, from Mandeville and Kenter Canyons to Brentwood Park and beyond, makes him an asset to his clients. Having watched these neighborhoods grow and evolve over the course of his lifetime, he is deeply in tune with the nuances of each market and equipped to help buyers and sellers make the best possible decisions. With a background in real estate management and alternative dispute resolution, Austin’s understanding of the complexities of compromise and negotiation has proven invaluable in real estate. Sensitive, intuitive and communicative, he serves as a patient and knowledgeable guide through every step of a transaction.

When Austin’s not representing his clients in real estate, you can find him walking his Pomeranian, Romeo, in Santa Monica’s Palisades Park, hiking the Temescal Canyon trails, lunching in Downtown Santa Monica or the Palisades and spending time with his family. An avid history buff, he loves to pore over the Santa Monica Public Library’s image archive and scout for local historical locations and landmarks. Though there’s nowhere he’d rather call home than L.A.’s Westside, his travels have taken him as far as Bali, Indonesia and Zanzibar, Tanzania. He is a member of the North of Montana Association in Santa Monica.
