Axel Niedergesaess is a real estate professional with The Agency Boise. Born and raised in Germany, he has called the U.S. home for the last 22 years, having lived in Alabama, California, and now Boise, Idaho.
When asked what excites him most about real estate, Axel says, “I really enjoy being able to drive a real estate transaction like a project, from start to finish. Helping clients navigate and mitigate complex issues that can arise when stakes are high is incredibly rewarding.”
Axel’s background as a mechanical engineer has developed a strong sense for details, a drive for results, and proven leadership and technical skills that benefit clients.
He earned his masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from Leibniz University in Hannover, Germany, and his decades-long engineering career included employers such as; Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, IBM, Hitachi, Western Digital, ASML, and Micron. His experience completing complex projects in the fast-paced automotive and semiconductor industry have translated well into the detailed and often complicated process of real estate transactions.
“My goal is to provide engaging, interpersonal, and high-level service to my clients, offering them a rewarding experience as they reach their real estate goals,” says Axel. “ My business acumen offers clients an advantage to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.”
Outside of real estate, Axel enjoys spending time with his wife and son and their dogs, hiking and mountain biking in the great outdoors. He also spends his free time restoring his Mitsubishi Delica. He jumps at the opportunity to give back on a personal level, volunteering at his son’s school, with boys scouts, and is a regular donor at community blood drives.
