A well-respected and top-producing real estate professional, Brandi Dillon, is Managing Director of The Agency Frederick serving clients throughout Maryland as well as Northern Virginia and Northeastern West Virginia with close partners in DC, PA, DE and beyond. Named the #1 Real Estate Agent in the Maryland and D.C. Metro region for her brokerage in August 2019, Brandi also serves as the Realtor Director on the Frederick County Association of Realtors (FCAR) Board of Directors.

Prior to real estate, Brandi achieved a degree in international business and managed international sales for a technology company, honing her talents for meticulous organization and concise communication.

While Brandi is adept in all kinds of transactions—from buying and selling to investing—her passion is selling homes on behalf of her clients. “I love taking charge of the preparation process, getting a home ready for sale and presenting it to potential buyers,” says Brandi, who also revels in the negotiation process. “No one fights for their clients like I do, and we always come out on top.”

In her (limited) free time, Brandi enjoys being with her family—two puppies, one cat and one husband. She is also an adrenaline-seeker, naming skydiving and snowboarding as her favorite sports. Brandi also supports local schools and charities, including the Frederick Rescue Mission, The Frederick Faith House, Soup Kitchen and Shatterproof, a national nonprofit dedicated to transforming addiction treatment and supporting communities.
