Brendan Fitzpatrick didn’t waste any time staking his claim as one of Los Angeles’ premier brokers when, at the age of 19, he closed his very first transaction for over $10 Million, setting a record for the highest sale in the history of Brentwood Park. Eight years later, Brendan continues to stand out among his peers, amassing an impressive list of discerning, high-net worth clientele from both the U.S. and abroad, and negotiating many of the city’s highest priced sales.
Most recently, Brendan participated in one of the highest priced sales of the year in the Hollywood Hills.
Growing up in Bel Air, Brendan attended The Buckley School, followed by Montclair Prep. When he wasn’t focused on his studies or leading his school’s golf team, he was exploring the city’s residential landscape and pursuing his passions for architecture and design. His experiences contributed to his rich understanding of the real estate market today. His network of friends and associates has always cut across diverse social spheres. Indeed, Brendan counts among his friends many of today's most influential individuals from Young Hollywood, the tech industry, fashion, music and investors from across the world, including Canada, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Having lived on the Westside of Los Angeles his entire life, Brendan’s territory is as familiar to him as his own backyard. Brendan specializes in residential sales in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Holmby Hills, Malibu, and the Sunset Strip; neighborhoods he has known all his lifetime. On any given day, and especially during the weekly broker's caravan, Brendan can be found driving across the city in search of properties for clients and ensuring he is knowledgable of every notable home on the market. It's a diligence and work ethic he has practiced ever since he became an agent at the age of 18, when he would spend his days "caravan"-ing from property to property while simultaneously balancing his college course load.
A fan of music and the arts, as well as a firm believer in constant outreach and networking, Brendan can be found at major cultural events around the world, such as the Art Basel international art fair and Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival. He enjoys quality time spent with family and friends and is an avid golfer who loves outdoor activities like surfing and snowboarding. “It’s very hard for me to stay in the house–I’m always doing something,” admits Brendan.
