Brian Chiarcos

As a member of the Agency, Brian Chiarcos brings patience and extreme attention to detail to all of his transactions. Whether buying, selling or looking to lease, Brian makes sure to provide a lighthearted, stress-free and professional relationship with his clients.

Brian started his real estate career as a Property Manager in his mid-20s. He then switched gears and toured Europe, the United States and, Canada with various Canadian artists as a professional drummer. After he returned, he decided to get his realtor’s license and pursue a career in real estate. Upon beginning his real estate career, he realized that like Toronto musicians, agents are in great supply and, he had to separate himself from the rest.

Brian applies the same attitude, patience and professionalism he learned in the music industry to real estate. His ability to adapt and stay calm under pressure helps him orchestrate the best outcome every time. When he is not working on behalf of his clients, you can find Brian behind the drums for the Juno award-winning Washboard Union or playing a round of golf.
