A 13-year real estate veteran known for his loyalty, charisma and eye for design, Cameron Axx is committed to earning his clients’ trust and exceeding their expectations. With more than a decade of experience financing, designing and rebranding properties both on the East Coast and in the Southwest, he brings a unique and well-honed perspective to The Agency.
Growing up in Boston, Cameron developed an interest in buying, selling, designing and renovating properties at a young age. He began his career at the prestigious Coldwell Banker Newbury Street agency before relocating to Phoenix in 2012, when he began to acquire, renovate and rent a portfolio of residential properties in Phoenix and Miami Beach. Having worked in the competitive Boston market, he understands what it takes to aggressively pursue a deal and achieve superior results in the luxury market.
As a longtime resident of the Biltmore neighborhood, and having owned several properties in the Biltmore, Camelback Corridor and Arcadia neighborhoods, Cameron’s knowledge of the area is all-encompassing. His understanding of the process of building a property from the ground up enables him to guide his clients through renovations and accurately assess the quality of a given property. Always open and available to his clients, Cameron’s personalized service and expert negotiating skills have earned him a glowing reputation within the real estate community.
When he’s not representing clients in real estate, Cameron enjoys downtime with his husband Kevin and their dog Hadley, hiking, taking day trips to Sedona to trout fish, and traveling, both in the U.S. and abroad. He is currently finishing the requirements for his private pilot license at Scottsdale Executive Flight School.
Cameron is passionate about philanthropy and takes great pride in being involved in the community. He is involved with one·n·ten Phoenix, which serves LGBTQ youth to enhance their lives by providing empowering social and service programs to promote self-expression, self-acceptance, leadership development and healthy life choices. He is also actively involved in the QU Scholarship program, which provides two scholarships and mentorship to Arizona LGBTQ youth every year, and volunteers with Arizona Dental Association’s Mission of Mercy, which provides over $4 million in free dental care to the underserved.
