With over 19 years of professional experience, boundless creativity, and unwavering enthusiasm, Carly consistently exceeds her clients’ expectations by meticulously managing life’s details.
Prior to joining The Agency Collective, Carly was a Lifestyle Property Manager for Quintessentially Estates, a global luxury lifestyle real estate group specializing in buying, selling, renting and managing. She served as the group’s Lifestyle Property Manager for nine years, providing personalized home management services for exclusive members in Miami while establishing strong relationships with clients and a network of skilled professionals to ensure any request was executed with ease. It was while helping her clients find balance in the home, that Carly found her passion for real estate and international development.
Before her entrée into real estate, Carly was the Event Coordinator for Chef David Cuisine & Event Design, a catering and events firm. She organized an abundance of high-profile projects ranging from charity foundation events to lavish weddings, serving distinguished celebrities such as Cyndi Lauper, Gloria Estefan, and our former First Lady, Michelle Obama. For ten years, Carly managed all aspects of the production process from concept to completion, and blossomed in the fast-paced environment, gaining an immense understanding for managing a multitude of details while maintaining quality relationships with her clients and vendors.
Carly graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Psychology. She has volunteered much of her time to causes close to her heart, including Tri-County Animal Rescue and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, painting, and traveling the world.
