A former professional golfer with an extensive background in project management for golf clubs and real estate developments, Charlie Taylor brings enthusiasm, integrity, and experience to his role as Co-Managing Director of The Agency’s Park City office.

Before merging with The Agency in 2018, Charlie was a partner at the successful Park City brokerage Glenwild Realty, representing hundreds of buyers and sellers across Park City and beyond. Charlie’s passion for life and people, combined with his background in project management and development, have proven to be a great asset to his business and clients. In developing successful projects from the conceptual stage, Charlie understands high quality for value and the importance of fully grasping a clients’ needs to deliver exceptional results.

During his 25-year career in golf, Charlie was immersed in high-end service at some of the best clubs in the U.S. and Scotland. As a professional golfer, he learned how to manage high-pressure situations while networking with some of the most successful leaders in business, sports and entertainment, forging connections that have proven invaluable in real estate.

Specializing in luxury vacation homes and primary residences, Charlie is proud to hold the record for the highest recorded sale of a residential property in the history of the Park City MLS. Committed to building long-term client relationships based on loyalty and trust, Charlie takes great pride in seeing the smile on a client’s face when they are confident they bought or sold for a great value and are living the life they’ve always wanted in their dream home.

When he’s not representing clients in real estate, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family, meeting new people, coaching competitive youth basketball, playing golf, skiing and enjoying the incomparable Park City lifestyle.
