Cory Vierra

Born and raised in Southern California, Cory Vierra brings her love of design, a keen eye for spotting a property’s potential and warm, empathetic nature to The Agency Orange County team. A resident of Costa Mesa, Cory holds extensive knowledge of the distinct markets and niche neighborhoods along the SoCal coast, from Orange County to Santa Monica. She has an appreciation for the varied architectural styles throughout the region, a talent for pairing clients with their ideal home and a knack for visualizing what a space could become.



Inspired by the search, Cory loves finding the needle in the haystack and witnessing the transformation process as a home is renovated or developed to meet a buyer’s needs. She understands how the decision to buy or sell a home will impact a person’s life and uses her well-honed listening, problem-solving and organizational skills to ensure a smooth process for her clients. Cory says there is no greater reward than helping people and making their dream of homeownership a reality.



Growing up in Corona, California, Cory’s love of real estate was nurtured from a young age, as she joined her mom, also a real estate agent, at open houses and property tours. She attended California State University, San Bernardino, focusing on Business Marketing and Psychology, residing in West Hollywood and Santa Monica before moving to Costa Mesa. An active member of the community, Cory supports the Grassroots Law Project and the Red Cross. When not selling real estate, Cory can be found enjoying the outdoors, whether on a boat, beach or lake, practicing pilates and yoga, cooking, traveling with her husband and spending time with her pets, a dog and two cats.
