Resilient, resourceful, and a shining example of a servant leader, Courtney Costabile is known for providing her clients with empathetic support and expert guidance at every turn. As a managing partner of The Agency Brantford—alongside her husband, Chris Costabile—Courtney’s drive, compassion, and keen attention to detail have earned her the respect of her colleagues and fellow agents. Her areas of expertise span from Brant County to Hamilton-Wentworth, Haldimand, Norfolk, Oxford, Middlesex, and Elgin County.

Born and raised in Hamilton, Courtney has a deep familiarity with the region’s diverse real estate market and is a knowledgeable resource for her clients—whether they are seeking to buy their first home, sell or invest in an income property. Courtney’s firsthand experiences with owning, buying, and selling are vast and include being a tenant, homeowner, and property flipper.

A reliable and responsive communicator, Courtney makes certain that her clients always feel seen and heard.

“No matter what your needs are, the process of selling or searching for a home can be incredibly emotional—and it’s essential that my clients know I’m here to support their goals and get them where they want to go,” says Courtney. “After all, I got into real estate because I wanted to make a positive impact on people’s lives. I have gone through many challenges in my own life, and know firsthand how important it is to have someone in your corner—to feel safe and at home. At the end of the day, I’m here to protect and advocate for my clients.”

When she isn’t in the office or connecting with her clients, Courtney can be found spending time with her husband, Chris, their five kids, and English Bulldog, Guinness. Courtney also supports The Breast Cancer Society, Brantford’s Nova Vita women’s shelter and The Why Not Youth Centre. “Philanthropy is extremely important to Chris and I,” says Courtney. “We have both been through hardships in our lives that have humbled us and reminded us to be grateful for what we have. It’s essential that we give back, however possible, whenever possible.”
