Damian Nelson

Damian Nelson has always been interested in land use and the process of determining its best use possible. This fascination led him to the commercial side of the business where, for the last decade, he worked as an agent successfully representing an array of local and national retailers and developers throughout Southern California. During this time Damian developed a deep understanding and appreciation of the real estate landscape in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Although he enjoyed working in commercial, his love of architecture and design ultimately took over and he felt his passion was best fulfilled on the residential side. After careful consideration, he transitioned into residential and joined The Agency. Damian has been able to apply many of the skill sets he honed brokering commercial deals making his move a rather seamless transition. His approach has changed but his priorities remain the same: have a clear understanding of his clients' needs; keep their best interests his priority at all times and assist them in achieving their goals. He has a deep understanding of and enjoys the collaborative nature of the business, and he believes in teamwork and transparency throughout the process.

Damian graduated from Gettysburg College, a top tier liberal arts college, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing golf, reading, and relaxing at the beach all while living in what he believes to be one of the best cities in the world.
