Dan Neske

Dan Neske brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of Cape Cod real estate to The Agency, garnered over 18+ years renting, selling, and managing properties on the island. He has positioned himself to be in the top percent of Cape Cod Realtors, successfully selling more that 250 properties, and becoming a multi-million-dollar producer on the Cape. In addition to his real estate experience, Dan holds a degree in Business, Hospitality, and Resort Management, and spent the better half of his 25 years working in customer service and the property management industry, including Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster. He prides himself on his exceptional customer service skills and round-the-clock dedication to listen and go above and beyond for his clients. His professionalism, honesty, and relaxed demeanor are traits that make his clients feel comfortable and confident in their ability to trust his guidance and decisions. Helping people achieve their real estate dreams is the most rewarding part of Dan’s career. He specializes in all areas of the Cape, from Plymouth to Provincetown.

Before joining The Agency, Dan worked for the largest family-owned real estate firm in New England, earning many outstanding accolades including Chairman’s Elite Member for 2021 and 2020 amassing over 22 million in sales, Top 10% Producer in the company, Top Selling Agent, Top Sales Agent of the Month for Orleans and Yarmouth Port (multiple earnings) and many more.

Something people may not know about Dan, is that he attended his last two years of high school at a private international school in London, England – The American Community School of Hillingdon. He is extremely grateful to have spent his time there gaining lifelong friends from across the globe and learning about many different cultures. He had to the opportunity to travel extensively around Europe; his favorites including Sweden, Norway, and skiing in the Dolomites of Italy. It was during this time that he realized his passion for skiing and other outdoor activities, such as golf and mountain biking. Dan pursued this passion and moved to Steamboat, Colorado where he spent eight years enjoying outdoor sports, and six of those years managing a large property company.

After traveling around the world, 20 years ago Dan chose to make the beautiful, Cape Cod, Ma his home – a place where he has special memories of visiting while growing up. Having been able to raise his own family on this beautiful island, he is passionate about sharing that beauty with the world and his clients. When Dan is not practicing real estate, he loves to live life to the fullest and enjoys much of his time with his two daughters, Sophia and Olivia Grace, and his amazing wife who teaches fourth grade in Sandwich. He also enjoys any and all outdoor activities, including local hockey/softball leagues, skiing, mountain biking, golfing, and fishing. He is an active member of his community, spending time donating and raising money for cancer research. After losing his Mom to cancer and having his Dad go through chemo for lung cancer, it is an area that is near and dear to his heart.
