Dani O'Connell

Part of The Agency Alamo, Dani O’Connell is known and respected for her meticulous attention to detail, sharp market analysis and collaborative work style. A third-generation Danville native with more than a decade of industry experience, Dani possesses a unique awareness of the region’s distinct neighborhoods and offerings and confidently guides buyers and sellers through the complex transaction process.

Clients appreciate Dani for her tenacity, loyalty, her down-to-earth sensibility and discretion. With an extensive background spanning multiple sectors of the industry—including short sales, foreclosures as well as investor and buyer and seller representation—Dani is well-equipped to provide her clients with expert insight every step of the way. While Dani's business is primarily based on word-of-mouth referrals, she's always eager to meet new clients with ambitious real estate goals.

Dani obtained her degree in Law & Society from the University of California at Santa Barbara—honing her skills as an expert negotiator. She went on to achieve a Master’s degree in Secondary Education with a mathematics emphasis from San Francisco State University, Magna Cum Laude.

A licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2011, Dani is a member of California and the National Association of Realtors and the Contra Costa Board of Realtors. Dani also serves as a Board Member of Diablo Valley Impact, is a member of the Diablo Valley National Charity League and a member of the Community Presbyterian Church in Danville.

In her free time, Dani loves cheering her daughter on from the sidelines of a soccer field or a swimming pool. She also enjoys playing tennis and bocce at Diablo Country Club and doing early morning hikes on all the local trails.
